Commission Desk by Brokerage Simplified
Your records stay in your Google Drive
Commission Desk saves your brokerage's records in a Google Sheets file in your own Google Drive. That includes agents, pay plans, closings, payments, pay stubs and statements. We don't have access to that file, and we never copy it.
What we keep
Only what we need to run your license:
- your brokerage name
- your admins' email addresses
- your license status
- when each admin last signed in
We don't keep agent names, closings, addresses, sale prices or pay amounts.
Who can sign in
- Each license has 2 admin seats. Only those two Google accounts can open your Commission Desk.
- Every page and every action checks the license first. Any other account sees "This account isn't licensed."
- You can change your admin emails yourself in Settings.
Emails go out from you
Pay stubs, statements and CDAs are sent from your own Google account, and only when you click Send. They aren't sent through our servers, and we don't see them.
Built on Google
Commission Desk runs on Google's infrastructure and uses Google sign-in. Your records are protected by your Google account. We recommend turning on 2-step verification for both admin accounts.
Google permissions, explained
| Commission Desk asks to | Why |
|---|---|
| See and edit your Google Sheets | To create and update your records file |
| Send email as you | To send the pay stubs and statements you choose to send |
| See your email address | To check your license |
You can remove this access at any time in your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps.
Setup help without sharing data
If you buy setup help, we work by screen-share while you stay in control of your screen. We don't take copies of your records, and we never ask for your password.
If you leave
Your records file stays in your Drive, and you can still open it in Google Sheets. It's yours to keep.
